Elements CRM™ App Reviews

Happy Customer

A friend referred me to Elements after she started using it and I’m so happy she did! I use it every day now to keep track of my ever growing client database. Elements has a place to enter notes about communication you’ve had with your clients and then schedule when to touch base with them again. I would be lost without it! I’m embarrased to admit that I attempted to manage my clients via spreadsheets in the past. It’s incredbile what the right organizational tools can do to increase your productivity. - Happy Customer

Amazing CRM App for the Mac!

Just started using Elements CRM and it rocks! This is the coolest app for Mac business. Plus, its super sexy like my Mac. I feel like a pro using it for my new biz. Also love it that I can use it on my iPad and iPhone

Misleading

BEWARE - You cant use it without supplying your credit card details. Pricing is outrageous.

$99 setup fee

There is a $99 setup fee in addition to monthly charges. This app sounded great, but I needed something less expensive from the beginning. I was frustrated that I didn’t find out about the $99 until after I’d downloaded it.

No preview, only paid version, not free

It is annouce as Free on the app store, but when you download the “free version”, a pop up page invites you to update the app (without going through Apple Store approval). Then you only have the choice to a paid version… I asume they do this so they don’t share earnings with Apple. They use Apple to get users by saying it’s free, but don’t want to pay saying their app is not free. I also assume the good reviews are fake, but who knows...

Not Free

This is not free. You have to pay to set it up. I need to see if it works for my needs before I pay the $100.00!

Heads up!!! This is NOT free!

I read a review that said this but I thought maybe they missed something…they didn’t. The app IMMEDIATELY goes to a “Sign-up” page where they try to get you to pay for a subscription ALONG WITH A $99 “NON-REFUNDABLE” SET-UP FEE!!! Not saying it’s not worth it… maybe it is… but it’s DEFINATELY not free. Bait & Switch — that’s bad business — and for a business tool??

Dear Apple - Please note this has a BUY PRICE of $99.00 !!!! - not Free

How unethical is that? You download the “Free” app knowing that it states there is a monthly subscription but without them telling you what the subscription rates are - BUT before you ever get to the subscription page and before you ever get to see the actual App - you have BUY the App for $99.00. They are calling it a “setup fee” which they are deliberately not telling potential users in the App store, but when you download it and get to the sign-up page (you can’t go anywhere else) it specifically says "Only press the "Buy Now" button once.” to pay $99.00 to “setup” your account. Where is the Apple scrutiny on this type of behavior by Developers?

Customer service is slow and unforgiving

I had my office order this. They could not use it fully of course without paying more for certain aspects of the software. I told them to cancel. Watch out for add ons and a customer service department that will not work with you on the refund. I asked them to cancel my 1 year subscription because of the additional add ons and poor company setup and training (NONE). They said no problem but we will keep your money! Thanks a lot you guys rock on with your 300 bucks! Garbage!
